I have been fortunate to have conducted and facilitated a number of professional development workshops and seminars for over twenty years. I use a learner-centered approach to these workshops, helping new and seasoned leaders to achieve greater knowledge and success. I have worked with some of the largest corporations in the world to some of the smallest organizations, but I endeavor to provide the same high quality regardless of organization size.
Yes, some folks like to learn online, and I teach online at the university. But, there is nothing quite like a LIVE professional development workshop when you can BE THERE and feed off the energy in the room and learn from interaction with others.
