I have been a trainer and professional speaker for some twenty years.

Concurrently, I have been teaching at the university level for twenty years. Prior to teaching at ASU, I taught at Loyola Marymount University for nearly five years. I have also taught at multiple community colleges in the Maricopa district along the way.

I have been honored in 2015 to be named the Robert B. Rutherford, Jr. Memorial Fellow and I was named the Dessie E. Larsen Fellow as a graduate student some years ago.
